The FMLY Store Customer Happiness Team endeavour to reply to your emails by end of the next working day, Monday - Friday 9am-4pm. If your mail is urgent please write URGENT HELP NEEDED in the subject line!
If you have a question you can also check our FAQs page as the answer might be on there. NB: We do not have a landline at the moment.
If you'd like to return or exchange an item please don't email us in advance, simply pop it in the post to us here with your order slip or number & request either a return, or let us know what you'd like in exchange. It usually takes a 7-10 days to process an exchange or return.

Charity enquiries: If you're a charity wishing to partner up with us, please email charity@SelfishMother.com with 'Charity enquiry' in the subject line.
Blog enquiries: Email Anniki our Super Editor with any blog related enquiries, including help with writing posts, joining the blogs or any tech issues you have. Anniki@SelfishMother.com
Partnership enquiries: If you're a brand wishing to work together in some way please email Molly@SelfishMother.com with 'Partnership enquiry' in the subject line
1) If you are a brand and wish us to stock your products at The FMLY Store please email Bruton@SelfishMother.com with 'Wholesale enquiry' and simple bullet-pointed info about your product with pictures and prices.
2) If you are a shop and wish to stock our #GoodTees, sorry but this is not an option currently.
Products: If you'd like to send us a product to test out, please pop it in the post, to: Jen May, The FMLY Store, West End, Bruton, Somerset, BA10 0HG. Please note, we receive a lot of emails and whilst we would love to respond to everyone, we will only get back in touch if we feel your product is a right fit for our store. *Please note, we are unable to send back any samples.
