If you'd like to return or exchange an item please don't email us in advance, simply pop it in the post to us here - usually these take a week to process from the day you post them.

We are a very small team! At the moment Molly is the contact for all areas below. But she receives a lot of emails. To help your email get read and not missed please clearly write what your email is about in the subject line. If it's urgent and you don't get an immediate reply, we're sorry for the delay, but do feel free to be persistent.  

Charity enquiries: If you're a charity wishing to partner up with us, please email with 'Charity enquiry' in the subject line.

Partnership enquiries: If you're a brand wishing to work together in some way please email with 'Partnership enquiry' in the subject line 

Wholesale enquiries: If you are a brand and wish us to stock your products at The FMLY Store please email with 'Wholesale enquiry' and simple bulletpointed info about your product with pictures and prices.


If you are a shop and wish to stock our #GoodTees please email with 'Wholesale enquiry' - however, we don't currently stock our #GoodTees wholesale aside from John Lewis with whom we have an exclusivity deal.
